Our factory imported the DESMA Vulcanization machine from Germany. We have 26 sets of vulcanization machines.

Our factory has mould warehouse to stock each products' mould. All of strut mounts, power steering hose, stabilizer links, control arm bushings moulds are developed by ourselves.

Our products have to be packed well based on our customers requirements. All of our products can be laser printed our customers LOGO on the surface. Shock absorber strut mounts , stabilizer links, control arm bushings, power steering hoses all can be packed one pc with brand plastic bag, one colorful box , then outter carton box, Finally pack the cartons on the pallets with good package.

All of our products have to be inspected during each process by our quality checking workers. And before package, our professional QC will check all products one by one again.
