• Thermal & Impulse Cycle Test: Hoses pass repeated hot-cold cycling (-40°C to +135°C) and impulse pressure pulsation tests, validating the rubber-to-fitting bond against aging, fatigue and separation.
• Flex Fatigue Test: The hose is flexed through its installed bending radius to simulate continuous steering movement, confirming no cracking, kinking or reinforcement failure over service life.
