The high pressure power steering hose is a tube coming out of the steering power pump to the steering engine, and then the low pressure return tube is a flow that goes through the oil cooler in front of it, or the steering cooling oil tube and then back to the reservoir, and then from the steering fluid reservoir to the power pump.
