The function of the  95299172 stabilizer link is that when the level of the left and right wheels are different, in order to prevent the shaft from twisting, the stabilizer link will produce anti-roll resistance to inhibit the rolling of the body. When the left and right suspensions move synchronously up and down, the stabilizer link will not work. The stabilizer link will only work when the left and right suspensions move out of sync due to road undulations or turning and cornering.
